Dear Father,
We invite you into our marriage today, for a cord of three strands is not easily broken. Thank You for giving us to each other.
You chose us for each other from all eternity. Help us to love each other today in the little and the great things, just as Christ loved us. Whatever work or trials this day brings, help us be patient and tender-hearted to one another, forgiving each other, as you forgave us in Christ.
And above all these things, help us put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. We make this prayer through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
