Meet Velany

Hi there! I’m Velany Rodrigues.

I am a daughter, wife, mum, catechist, writer, and BELS-certified editor.

My desire is simple: to keep Jesus at the heart of all I do, as I walk through each day. At Smallest of Seeds, I share reflections on Scripture, the saints, faith, family, and life — beautiful, messy, but rooted in Christ.

I hope to do the little I can, to bring Jesus to others and to give back a little of the bountiful love I have received.

…it is the smallest of all the seeds, but when it has grown it is the greatest of shrubs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.
