I bless you O Lord. And all that is within me blesses your holy name.
I will not forget all your benefits, all the times you have healed me and saved me.
You forgive all my sins.
You heal all my diseases.
You redeem my life from destruction.
You crown me with your lovingkindness and your tender mercies.
You fill me with good things.
Because of you, my youth and my strength is renewed like the eagle’s.
